David W. McCarthy – President, CEO and Partner.
Mr. McCarthy oversees all systems and services, implementation, management and marketing for IAS.

He most recently was Senior Vice President with GE Capital Asset Management Corporation, where he managed the property disposition and management functions for the Western United States. He developed many programs while at GE that helped establish its Western Operations and further its involvement in government contracting. Prior to leaving GE Capital, Mr. McCarthy served as Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management Marketing. In this position, he sold GE's asset management and default management services to Wall Street investment firms, government and quasi-governmental institutions and to mortgage and banking industry concerns.

Mr. McCarthy's previous company was acquired by GE Capital in 1990 in order to establish the market presence of GE in the Western United States. He has been involved in the management and disposition of institutionally-owned properties for the past 25 years. He has held a Colorado Real Estate license for more than 28 years.

Kathryn L. Berthiaume - Chief Operating Officer and Partner.
Ms. Berthiaume's primary responsibilities include the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the core business of the company. She is also responsible for the integration of all services into the tracking and database systems. Prior to joining IAS, she was employed by GE Capital as Western Region Vice President and Operations Manager and, most recently, as Manager-National Sales Strategies. Ms. Berthiaume has previously been involved in the start-up and operation of three individual Asset Management companies with Mr. McCarthy since 1984.

Ms. Berthiaume has extensive experience and expertise with all facets of the asset management industry including contract law, contracting, eviction proceedings and closing administration. She became a licensed Realtor in 1980.

Troy R. Rockwell - Chief Information & Financial Officer and Partner.
Mr. Rockwell is responsible for the development, implementation and management of all Information Systems. This includes oversight of all internal database, network and Internet applications. He also coordinates all electronic interfaces and information exchanges with clients. Additionally, he is responsible for integrating the use of technology with the day-to-day operations of business functions.

Mr. Rockwell has a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is also a licensed real estate appraiser and Broker in Colorado. Prior experience includes work at GE Capital coordinating vendor relations and ensuring government compliance with contract requirements.
