While most AVMs deliver an arbitrary confidence score methodology, iAVM's proprietary process produces accurate, meaningful and transparent confidence scores.   Each property is given a high, medium or low confidence score or Expected Standard Deviation (ESD).  A high confidence is a score of less than 13%, medium is 13% or greater and less than or equal to 20%, and low is greater than 20%.  The Expected Standard Deviation (ESD) is derived though the proprietary modeling methodology.  Finally, risk scores are quantified in terms of the actual projected dollar risk associated with each property and may be summarized in the aggregate for a batch of loans.
