Integrated Asset Services (IAS) Appraisal Services

Utilizing our nationwide network of 9,500 licensed appraisers, we assign foreclosure and REO appraisals to qualified appraisers throughout the country. We review the appraisal process to identify and address red flags in the appraisal report.

All Integrated Asset Services (IAS®) appraisal values remain a permanent record in our database so that when the property is re-sold we can evaluate the historical values given. By doing this, IAS can ensure that its appraisers are staying abreast of market trends. Just as value providers need to be aware of declining markets, IAS wants to make sure they also recognize when a market is improving, so that the highest possible value is gained.

Appraisal Services: Performed by a licensed appraiser and in complete compliance with USPAP. For even greater assurance, we offer an exclusive three-tier quality control check and final review completed by an onsite licensed appraiser.
Desktop Review with Final Tie-Value: Final Tie-Outs are based upon a Desktop Review of available BPOs, appraisals, iAVM and iMVI results, and additional local market data. A narrative report provides a refined, well-researched understanding of the property and its surroundings, resulting in a stated value opinion.
